He has founded and led a number of successful ventures in North America. He was the owner of Royal Foods, a food distribution company in Canada, and owned a tahini production plant in the United States. He currently oversees the running of a beverage plant in Canada.

His specialist expertise covers food manufacturing, the implementation of quality and food-safety systems, product development, supply chain and production management, and raising the operational efficiency of factories.
